What is your returns policy?
For stock items and loose diamonds you have 14 days from your day of receipt to return your item(s) back to us: please return everything with their original packaging. Any made-to-order items are non-returnable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I return an item?
Click here and fill out your order number, reason of return, and personal details, and we’ll send you a returns label. Please pack your item securely – including all original bits and bobs, including any velvet ring boxes and packaging – and either drop it off at your courier returns point or schedule a home pickup.
I bought a ring. Can I return it if it doesn’t fit?
Most rings are bespoke and uniquely created for you. However, we endeavour to design our pieces so they’re easy to resize, making sure you can adjust them if your finger size fluctuates or so you can gift your ring to friends or family members as heirlooms.
We offer one free resizing within three months of your purchase (3 sizes up or down).
Please follow these instructions so we have a clear idea of your size prior to ordering, so you have the perfect fit first time.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and checked your return we’ll let you know your refund is on its way. Please allow up to 10 business days (though we usually turn returns around in 3 days or less).
