What’s Coming This Summer
(And Beyond)
A Movement of Self-Celebration,
Social Impact & Sustainability
THIS YEAR
2025:
The Year Of Adamas.
As Adamas continues to redefine fine jewelry, 2025 marks a pivotal year – not just for our launch, but for our broader mission:
Empowering self-celebration through fine jewelry.
Funding legal aid & employment opportunities for survivors.
Revolutionizing sustainability in the jewelry industry.
Training and uplifting female jewelers in a male-dominated craft.
Adamas Launches
Adamas isn’t just a business: it’s a triumph of resilience, vision, and purpose.
For Alice and Gabrielle, this is more than a launch. It’s the result of years of perseverance, rebuilding, and a relentless belief in doing things differently. Adamas was born from personal transformations, deep industry research, a wonderfully supportive community of existing diamond clients, and a mission to make fine jewelry and diamond buying more ethical, transparent, and empowering.
✨ March 2025: Our soft launch to friends and family – the first official unveiling of our designs, diamond curation, and mission-driven approach. This is a moment of reflection, gratitude, and laying the foundation for what’s to come.
✨ April 2025: The hard launch of Adamas—a full-scale introduction to the world. We’re bringing cutting-edge AI customization, intuitive and highly involved and personalized diamond sourcing, and a fresh take on fine jewelry to the market.
This moment is personal. It’s the realization of a dream built on survivorship, reinvention, and an unshakable commitment to creating something meaningful. For Alice and Gabrielle, launching Adamas is proof that new beginnings aren’t just possible – they can be extraordinary.
Now, with Adamas officially in the world, we turn to the next phase: expanding our mission of self-celebration, social impact, and sustainability.
Whole Heart by Adamas: Jewelry for Self-Celebration
Fine jewelry shouldn’t just be for engagements.
Whole Heart is for every milestone, every fresh start, and every moment you choose to honor yourself. Whole Heart disrupts outdated traditions that say diamond jewelry is reserved for engagements, weddings, or anniversaries.
This is about you – your victories, your healing, your fresh starts. It’s about breaking free and embracing new beginnings with jewelry that symbolizes your strength.
Inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, Whole Heart embodies the idea that our scars don’t break us – they make us whole.
✔ Divorce Rings – Because leaving a toxic relationship is a triumph, not a tragedy.
✔ Boundary-Setting Jewelry – For the moment you finally said “no.”
✔ Career & Education Achievements – Because a degree, promotion, or a new job deserves more than an Instagram post.
✔ Medical Milestones – Celebrating healing, body autonomy, and hard-earned victories.
✔ New Spaces & Fresh Starts – A home that’s truly yours. A space that’s safe and free.
Call us Marie Kondo, because we’re sparking joy: is it pretty and sparkly and you like it? That’s reason enough. Do you want a ring that doubles as a weapon so you don’t have to walk with your keys between your fingers? We’ve got a design for that. Need something empowering, but not sure what? Talk to us.
This isn’t just a jewelry brand. Whole Heart is a movement.
The Sisu Foundation
Domestic violence survivors often face financial abuse, legal retaliation, and job instability—a system that keeps them victimized and unable to break free.
The Sisu Foundation is here to change that.
🔥 Our Mission:
✔ Unrestricted Legal Aid – No income caps, covering attorney fees & court costs: financial abuse happens to everyone, and just because your household income is in a high socioeconomic bracket, certainly does not mean that the victim has the upper hand. Everyone deserves their day in court. We’ll help you get there.
✔ Employment for Survivors – A direct hiring pipeline at Adamas. Going to work while surviving abuse at home can be a safe haven, or another form of torture. Getting back into the workplace after an abusive home life can be daunting, as survivors struggle with their self-worth and the often unpredictable timeline of what leaving actually looks like. We intend to be a soft landing pad – a trauma-informed workplace led by two victim-survivors themselves: creating the workplace that they needed some years ago.
✔ Financial Education & Recovery Resources – Helping survivors rebuild credit & independence if they need it, and providing them with indirect resources if they don’t (flexible working hours, childcare, time during the day to meet with attorneys or other advocates).
✔ Trauma-Informed Workplaces – Flexible, survivor-supportive policies.
10% of every Adamas purchase funds The Sisu Foundation.
💡 NOTE: Until the Sisu Foundation is up and running, 10% of each purchase will still be collected and used for direct-service donations. Month to month, we will flip between the US and the UK, and work with local domestic violence organizations that either we, or someone close to us, are intimately familiar with. We’ll be clearing Amazon Wishlists put out by well-vetted existing domestic violence organizations, donating goods or services as asked for by organizations – and most importantly, doing so transparently. At the end of each month, if you made a purchase, you will see exactly how your donation is going to help someone.
📌 2025-26 Impact Goals:
✔ Fund legal aid for at least 50 survivors
✔ Hire survivors at Adamas
✔ Launch financial education & workplace flexibility initiatives
Building The Future
As we head into Autumn/Winter 2025, we’re expanding our impact beyond just empowering individuals—we’re reshaping the fine jewelry industry itself.
🌍 Building a Greener Future in Fine Jewelry:
Fine jewelry must evolve to address climate change, ethical sourcing, and sustainability—and Adamas is leading the way with an ambitious net-positive environmental impact goal by 2027.
Our Mission:
✅ Carbon Neutral AI & Business Operations by 2026
✅ 100% Carbon Neutral Diamonds by 2027
✅ 100% Recycled Precious Metals by 2027
✅ Zero-Waste Packaging & Circular Economy Initiatives
♻️ How We’re Doing It
By 2027, Adamas will be fully carbon-neutral, sustainable, and leading the ethical jewelry revolution:
1️⃣ Offsetting AI & Business Carbon Footprint – Investing in carbon credits, tree-planting, and renewable energy.
2️⃣ Carbon Neutral Diamonds by 2027 – Partnering with lab-grown diamond producers using solar, wind, or hydroelectric power.
3️⃣ 100% Recycled Metals by 2027 – Transitioning fully to recycled gold, platinum, and silver to eliminate new mining impact.
4️⃣ Sustainable Packaging & Logistics – 100% plastic-free, biodegradable, and FSC-certified materials.
5️⃣ Jewelry Recycling & Circular Economy Initiatives – Launching a sell-back program where customers can recycle old jewelry for metal repurposing and diamond resetting.
The Adamas Bench Jeweler Program
Fine jewelry craftsmanship is overwhelmingly male-dominated, and it’s time for that to change.
📢 Empowering Women in Fine Jewelry: Training Female Bench Jewelers
The Adamas Bench Jeweler Training Program is a fully-funded apprenticeship that provides:
✔ Hands-on training in metalsmithing, stone setting & custom jewelry design.
✔ Paid apprenticeships with part-time work in design, customer service & e-commerce.
✔ Career paths that support entrepreneurship & financial independence.
📌 How It Works:
✔ Fully-funded training with paid stipends – No financial burden for apprentices.
✔ A guaranteed full-time role at Adamas after training (minimum 12-month commitment).
✔ Side business support – Bench jewelers can sell their own work outside of Adamas.
The future of jewelry is female – and we’re building it.
📌 2025-26 Impact Goals:
✔ Fund legal aid for at least 50 survivors
✔ Hire survivors at Adamas
✔ Launch financial education & workplace flexibility initiatives
📊 Growth Plan (2025-2027):
✔ 2025-2026: Train and hire two female bench jewelers (US and UK). Expand to 4 apprentices and full-time hires by the end of 2026.
✔ 2027: Build a fully in-house, female-led jewelry production team
