Every piece in this group buy is custom made—from the cut of each stone to the final setting. There are no stock items involved. Because our pricing structure depends on group participation and all pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your invoice has been sent.
That said, we’re here to help. If you have any questions before ordering—whether you’re deciding between stone sizes or just need a second opinion—we’re more than happy to support you.
If a piece ever arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance once invoiced, including in the case of defects. This does not cover wear, mishandling, or third-party modifications.
Please note:
- Group buy pricing is conditional on minimum order volumes being reached and can be tracked using the ticker on the Group Buy Main Page.
- Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated post-order window and are subject to change.
- Payment is due upon invoice and must be received before production begins.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- All orders are shipped from the UK.
- International buyers may be liable for local duties and taxes upon delivery. Please contact us with any queries on tariffs and duties.
- As each product is bespoke, cancellations and refunds are not permitted after order confirmation, except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to reject or refund any order at our discretion.
Pricing Tier Commitment
You can select one of the following options for your participation in the group buy:

Option 1: I want to participate no matter what.
I’m committed to the group buy and agree to be invoiced at the final tier price, regardless of whether we hit 0–10, 10–19, or 20+ orders.

Option 2: I want to participate only if we reach 10–19 or above.
I would like to participate, but only if we reach at least the 10–19 pricing tier or higher. If the group ends below this tier, I understand that I will not be invoiced and my form will be withdrawn.

Option 3: I want to participate only if we reach 20+ orders.
I would like to participate only if we reach the lowest pricing tier (20+ orders). If we do not reach this tier, I understand that I will not be invoiced and my form will be withdrawn.
