We want everyone we work with to have the most special experience, no matter who you are or which occasion you’re purchasing your jewellery for. Here’s what to expect from us whether you’re buying bespoke, custom, or off-the-shelf.
Go Bespoke
Bespoke rings are those made completely from scratch, uniquely to you and your vision. From start-to-finish, we make sure this experience is fun, low-stress, and like no other.

Our custom rings build on our existing collection, which you can see here on our site. A tweak here, a nudge there, if you’re not sure exactly what you want – we’ll help you get it.
Ready-to-Ship
Our ready-to-ship rings are here and waiting to be given a good home. For more classic designs that require only sizing modifications, these can be at your door within a week.

Our Bespoke rings are those completely driven by your ideas: the rings that are designs exactly and specifically to your dream design.
We have multiple steps in our Bespoke process to ensure your happiness at each stage. From the original pinning down of your likes and dislikes, all the way through to our drawings and CAD confirmations.

Bespoke: The Step-By-Step
1. Your Ideas
Every bespoke design begins with you and your ideas. Whether you have existing inspo pictures, want to re-create a ring you’ve seen online, or you’d just like us to translate what’s in your head into ring form – we’ve got it!
You can start by either booking a consultation slot to chat, or by submitting a quote request.
2. Ideation
We pin down the exact specs of your ring – from metal type to setting, band width to diamond size. We pull together example drawings and reference images, ready for you to sign off ready for the design process.
3. Design
This is the fun part! We begin by selecting a diamond for your piece and then proceed to the CAD process. This is the point we ask for a £100 deposit (redeemable against the cost of your ring) due to the time and skill from our designers on the creation of your ring’s blueprint.
You can expect about 3-4 iterations of your design before we confirm the final piece to go into production – we’re here to tweak as long as you need us.
4. Production
Now it’s time for your ring to be created! Your design is meticulously crafted exactly as specified, before being pre-polished ready for diamond setting. Once your stone (or stones) are secured any loose bits of metal or rough edges are sanded, before going through a final polishing process to achieve the perfect lustre.
5. Quality Control
All pieces go through a rigorous QC process, with a 10x magnified inspection of each part of the ring. We check the security and evenness of the stone’s setting, and cross-reference your diamond’s inscription with its certificate, ensuring every aspect is perfect for you.
6. Hallmarking
If you’re in the UK, this is the point your ring will be sent to the Goldsmith’s Company Assay Office in London for Hallmarking. Legally, all gold items above 1g in weight (and 0.5g in platinum) must be tested and hallmarked, certifying your metal’s purity. The hallmark is a stamp that includes confirmation of the metal, where it was marked, when it was marked, and the item’s sponsor (who made it – that’s us!).
7. Delivery
Finally, it’s time to despatch your ring to you! We give your ring a final clean in our ultrasonic cleaner before polishing once more with a soft cloth and setting it in your soft velvet ring box.
This is gently wrapped in tissue paper and sealed within another box for security, before being popped in a cushioned plain envelope for fully insured delivery to your door.

Custom
Our Custom rings are a little less involved than Bespoke.
You take an existing design you love from our existing range and modify it to suit your needs: a stone change here, a setting tweak there. Whatever you’d like – if it can be done, we’ll deliver!
Just like Bespoke, you will be able to track the creation of your Custom ring through our online system, or reach out at any time for an update.

This one’s easy: you select your ring, you select your size, and your ring is despatched to you.
We tend to have anything from 8-15 rings in stock at any one time: we’re never see them sad to go to loving homes, so take your pick!

Ready-To-Ship: Step-By-Step
1. Pick Your Piece
With our help, if you need it! It’s as easy as that – select your piece and check out. We will re-size your ring as needed: go here for your free sizing kit. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to re-size your ring with your local jeweller, we’ll take £30 off the cost of your ring.
2. Quality Control
Each one of our pieces goes through a strict QC process before it leaves the premises. Our Ready-To-Ship rings have already been checked on arrival, but for peace of mind we do this once more with a 10x magnified inspection of each part of the ring. We check the security and evenness of the stone’s setting, and cross-reference your diamond’s inscription with its certificate, ensuring every aspect is perfect for you.
3. Delivery
It’s time to despatch your ring to you! This can be anything as little as a week from your order – or even sooner, if you don’t have any re-sizing needs (or you prefer to do it locally) We give your ring a final clean in our ultrasonic cleaner before polishing it with a soft cloth and setting it in your velvet ring box.
This is wrapped in tissue paper and sealed within another box for security, before being popped in a cushioned plain envelope for fully insured delivery to your door. For further security your diamond certificate is mailed separately to you.
