When we work together, weâll never sell you a dud diamond. Not today, not tomorrow, not if the world was ending and it was the last diamond on Earth. We sell diamonds that we would buy. If itâs not good enough for our personal collections, itâs not good enough for you. Thatâs not BS â weâve bought back stones from people whose circumstances changed. Every stone we advocate for meets the highest standards, crafted to be worthy of your moments â big or small.
2. Your story deserves honor.
An engagement? A promotion? A divorce? A âscrew it, Iâm celebrating myselfâ moment? Whatever the occasion, weâll treat it with the reverence it deserves. No judgment, no outdated traditions â just jewelry that marks your milestones, your way.
3. No rip-offs. Ever.
Fine jewelry shouldnât require an offshore account. We price with integrity, transparency, and zero nonsensical industry markups ($1k on âfulfilmentâ? Not here!). Because luxury should be about quality, not exclusivity.
4. Honesty, always.
We donât do smoke and mirrors. From how our diamonds are grown to how theyâre priced, we tell you the truth â no fluff, no jargon, no gatekeeping. Got questions? Weâve got straight answers.

If we say weâre going to do something, we do it. On time. No ghosting, no âoops, we forgot.â (And if there is a complication, we will be quick to tell you, and WE will make it right!) Your trust is everything, and weâre not about to mess with that.

We are not here to pressure you into making a purchase. You will not receive an email from us exclaiming âLAST CHANCE!â (only to extend the sale a few days later). These are marketing strategies, and we donât feel the need to use them. Do you need more time to make a decision? Are you feeling like youâre not quite sure? Thatâs fine! We are here for you on your time.
9. Okay, a little bit of a rush.
On OUR schedule, that is! We ask about your occasion and timeline because we genuinely care. No empty stockings on Christmas, and definitely no last-minute ring pop substitutes! Weâll always be upfront about shipping deadlines and honest if we canât meet them. If we canât deliver on our promise, we wonât take the order â because your special moments matter to us.

Look â weâre real people working with other real people. That doesnât mean we plan to mess up, but we fully acknowledge that weâre not perfect. What matters is how we handle it if something goes wrong: we take full responsibility and make it right. No empty excuses, no frustration, and no need to resort to social media just to be heard. As two women who built this business out of sheer frustration with the disconnect between retailers and consumers, we have plans to do this thing RIGHT.
